About Us

National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation (NABEF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving broadcasters and the public interest by supporting and advocating community service, diversity, education, broadcasting issues and relevant trends in the evolving broadcast communications space.

In 2009, the NAB Education foundation refined its mission to further highlight the organization’s strongest areas of expertise: diversity and community service.

The foundation offers a number of professional development programs and initiatives to achieve this mission, including the Broadcast Leadership Training Program, Media Sales Institute, Connections Mentoring, and many more.
