Bruce T. Reese

Bruce Reese is president and CEO of Bonneville International Corporation, headquartered in Salt Lake City. Bonneville operates 31 radio stations, an NBC-affiliated television station and related operating divisions.
Bruce joined Bonneville International Corporation in 1984 and became general counsel in 1985. In 1991, he was named executive vice president. He was appointed to his current position in 1996. Prior to joining Bonneville, Bruce practiced law in firms in Washington, D.C., and Denver. His legal career began with the Antitrust Division of the Justice Department in Washington, D.C.
As an active member of the community, Bruce’s activities have included serving on the board of directors of the Primary Children’s Medical Center, United Way of Salt Lake, Salt Lake Area Chamber, Pioneer Theatre Company board and Intermountain Healthcare.
As a former Radio board member from 1996-2000, Bruce worked with a number of National Association of Broadcaster committees concerning spectrum, ownership rules and copyright issues. He has also served as the joint board chairman of NAB. Bruce currently serves as board chairman of the NAB Education Foundation. Other national and industry activities include serving on the board of directors of the Associated Press and Radio Advertising Bureau.
Bruce was raised in West Lafayette, Indiana. He attended Brigham Young University where he received his B.A. degree in 1973 and J.D. in 1976. He and his wife Lu Anne live in Sandy, Utah. They have seven children, four daughters-in-law, one son-in-law and three grandchildren.
