David E. Kennedy

David E. Kennedy is the CEO of FlyCast, Inc. Prior to FlyCast, Inc., David served as CEO and vice chairman of Interep National Radio Sales. David has spent his entire career dedicated to the broadcast industry, beginning in 1971 as a staff announcer for WMHE. From there he moved to WLQR, where he held various positions including president and CEO of their parent company Susquehanna Media Co.

Serving the industry in multiple capacities, David has lent his leadership to many organizations. He is a past chairman of NAB and the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB) board of directors. He is also a member of the John Bayliss Broadcast Foundation and the Library of American Broadcasting Foundation board of directors and a member of the Broadcast Education Association (BEA). David’s involvement has been recognized in numerous awards, including NAB’s National Radio Award and Broadcaster of the Year from both the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters and Radio Ink magazine.

David received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toledo and a master’s degree as well as a Ph.D. from Bowling Green State University. He is a former chairman of York County Community Foundation, Inc., the York County chapter of the American Red Cross, United Way of York County and a former member of the Leadership of York board of directors.

David and his wife, Beverly, have two children, Rebecca and Neil.
