Phil Lombardo is founder and CEO of Citadel Communications Company, Ltd., the operating entity for KCAU-TV Sioux City and WOI-TV Ames/Des Moines, KLKN-TV Lincoln, Neb., and WHBF-TV Rock Island, Ill.

Phil is a former chairman, president and CEO of Corinthian Broadcasting Corporation. Prior to Corinthian, Phil served as vice president and general manager of WGHP-TV High Point, N.C.

Phil is a graduate of the University of Missouri. He serves as chairman of the Broadcasters’ Foundation of America and is a former joint board chairman of the National Association of Broadcasters.

He and his wife Marilyn (Kim) have two sons and four grandchildren. They reside in Bronxville, N.Y.
