Walter F. Ulloa is chairman and chief executive officer of Entravision Communications Corporation, a diversified Spanish-language media company utilizing a combination of television and radio operations to reach Hispanic consumers across the United States, as well as the border markets of Mexico. Entravision is the largest affiliate group of both the top-ranked Univision television network and Univision's TeleFutura network with television stations in 20 of the nation’s top 50 Hispanic markets, including Washington, D.C. The company also operates one of the nation’s largest groups of primarily Spanish-language radio stations, consisting of 47 owned and operated radio stations. Entravision shares of Class A Common Stock are traded on The New York Stock Exchange under the symbol: EVC.

With 30 years of experience in Spanish-language television and radio in the United States, Walter has held his position as chairman and chief executive officer of Entravision since its inception in 1996. From 1989 to 1996, he was involved in the development, management and ownership of the predecessor entities to Entravision. He began his career in 1976 at KMEX-TV, Los Angeles, holding a variety of positions including local sales manager, account executive and news director.

Walter is a member of the Board of Trustees of Loyola Marymount University and a member of the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Music Center, the Los Angeles Theatre Center and La Plaza de la Cultura.

He is a graduate of the University of Southern California and Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Walter lives with his wife and son in Pacific Palisades, Calif.
