Jeffrey Myers

Jeffrey P. Myers is currently the principal of PSP 1, LLC which has two operating divisions: Personal Skills and Principles which is government focused and Personal Selling Principles which is industry focused. Jeffrey has been intimately involved in media sales, sales management and general management for more than 30 years. He has created winning entrepreneurial and corporate sales/marketing teams in both radio and television.

In 1999, Jeffrey co-founded PSP a performance enhancement company that designs, develops and delivers training modules which increases an organization’s effectiveness. PSP’s teambuilding, leadership development and executive coaching have helped hundreds of individuals use their personality and behavior differences to enhance performance by improving their ability to communicate, solve problems and increase productivity. PSP is a certified provider of RBA, MBTI, FIRO-B and TKI.

RBA is a behavior assessment instrument, MBTI is a psychological preference instrument, FIRO-B an instrument used to help improve organizational communication and TKI is a conflict resolution instrument.
