Freedom of Speech PSA Contest – 2010 Winners

Stressing the Importance of the First Amendment

The competition is for student created and produced, radio and television public service announcements to honor freedom of speech. The PSAs address the question "what freedom of speech means to me."

Six scholarships were awarded in two categories: radio and television. In addition, the winning PSA entries were made available for radio and television stations nationwide to air during National Freedom of Speech Week and anytime thereafter.

Television Category
1st Place: Nathan Firn, Emerson College
2nd Place: Christopher Bryant, Murray State University
3rd Place: Danielle Johnson, University of Utah
