Leadership Development Program
The NABEF Leadership Development Program is a four-day professional development program focused specifically on the fundamentals of leadership.
The goal is to provide mid-level broadcast professionals with the leadership tools they need to deal with the industry's business challenges, take on new levels of responsibility, advance in their career and effectively lead others.
Participants will have the benefit of constructive assessments by their peers, the DiSC professional behavioral assessment as well as top-level speakers covering topics such as building your personal brand, effective networking, ethical decision making, strategic planning, how to lead others for optimal performance, team-building, diversity and inclusion and more.
