Leadership Development Program

Targeting the shining stars of broadcast professionals, the NABEF Leadership Development Program is a four-day professional development program focused specifically on the fundamentals of leadership. The goal is to provide mid-level professionals with the leadership tools they need to deal with the industry's business challenges, take on new levels of responsibility, advance in their career and effectively lead others.

Upon completion of the program, participants will:

• Learn the concept of "Understanding Self" and how to capitalize on core strengths
• Gain a better understanding of the unspoken communications used to navigate corporate culture
• Develop effective skills to drive positive influence and collaborate across the organization
• Understand significant roles in teamwork and the impact they bring to projects
• Build knowledge on managing up to your boss to create thriving working environments
• Learn how to create peer networks to get the job done

LDP is a premiere program that provides unique exposures from top-level speakers, covering topics such as building your personal brand, effective networking, ethical decision making, strategic planning, how to lead others for optimal performance, team-building, diversity and inclusion and more.

Participants will also have the benefit of constructive assessments by their peers and the following professional behavioral assessment: DiSC.
